Garth Lamph, the owner of the local non-profit reuse / recycle center, has been at the mercy of Landphill for over 13 years.

Landphill, however, sees through Garth's noble humanitarian facade and will do whatever it takes to deprive him of the odds and ends sold to keep his business afloat.
